Racial abuse on Big Brother 

Outrageous insults continue in the Celebrity Big Brother house as the 'reality game show' becomes a programme showing class divide, race divide and bullying.

Jack Tweed was having a private chat in bed with his 25-year-old girlfriend Jade Goody, (whose mother Jackiey Budden, was the first person to be evicted from the show) and called Shilpa a f$$$$$$ c***. The word was bleeped out by Channel 4 leading to many assuming he was being racist, which was denied by Channel 4 who released a statement saying "Big Brother will not tolerate bullying or racism," despite not accepting that Shilpa is being bullied in the house. 

Fuad Omar, one of Shilpa's closest friends in the UK, was horrified about the outburst by Tweed and the bitching about Shilpa going on behind her back, particularly from Jade and Danielle. 'It's simply unbelievable; the outburst from Tweed along with the onslaught of verbal abuse by Danielle and Jade is nothing short of victimisation. Shilpa's maintained a dignified attitude and not retaliated. She went into the house to do Indians proud and dispel myths and stereotypes, not to be bullied, be the victim of taunts about her accent, currys and country. Last week she was called a dog by Danielle and still never lost her temper. It's sad that the bullying is being allowed to continue. There is a divide in the house and others are complaining to Big Brother's Diary room about Shilpa's mistreatment yet nothing is done. The warning signs are there, what will it take before Big Brother reprimands Jade, Danielle and Jack?'

Shilpa's publicist Dale Bhagwagar, said 'Knowing Shilpa, I'm sure after the knee-jerk reaction and retaliation that she might have had, she would ultimately forgive and forget Jack's comment, passing it off as any amateur's comment who is not learned enough to understand that we are all one.'
